Scott Radin was born and raised in the suburbs of Buffalo NY. His late dad (deceased 2015) was a successful real estate and estate attorney in Western New York including heading the Erie County NY Bar Association. Scott’s mother, a stay at home mom, currently resides in Hampstead NC. Scott moved to Hampstead NC April 2019 after separating from his wife of 19 years. He chose to move there to live close to his mother as her support and care giver. Scott currently lives alone with his two dogs Beau and Dakoda and conducts business from his home studio or on the road with brokers.
Scott was an accomplished ice hockey player playing AAA travel hockey as a youth in the USA and Canada. He attended the prestigious Nichols School in Buffalo NY known for their nationally recognized prep school hockey program and dozens of current and former NHL players. A four-year letter winner, he captained the team his senior year. He also was a baseball pitcher at Nichols, being drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in 1983. He bypassed a baseball career and attended Bethany College where he captained the ice hockey team.
Scott Radin is very active helping young people out of bad personal environments. He has helped young people with living money, utilities and housing. Since December of 2019, he has helped the young out of financial trouble and mentors them to succeed. Scott has been known to take young people into his home for lodging allowing them to fix themselves without life’s financial and emotional stresses.
